"With great breasts come great responsibility"

I attempted to buy new brassieres yesterday at victoria's secret and there was not one single bra in my size in the whole store.  Not one.  It makes me doubt their dedication to breasts.  So I looked at zappos and lo there are some awesome bras with very good reviews they also have huge price tags which makes me doubt my dedication to my breasts.  I'll have to have a good long think about it and the service to price relationship when it comes to me spending my money.

I've been cooking all day and I really messed up a pumpkin pie.  I cut and peeled and steamed a pumpkin and when I strained it to add it to the pie recipe I strained a bit too much and if I had a brain I would have added some water back in from the straining bowl...but I have no brain and now I have quite a stiff pumpkin...dessert...which I haven't tasted yet but if it is indeed edible I will call it a rustic pumpkin tart and tell myself I'm a genius.  Next time I will roast the pumpkin which seems to be the preferred method for optimum pumpkininess and I certainly will not strain every last drop of moisture out of it.  Fortunately I have 8 more pumpkins to peel, cook and smash so I have plenty of practice ahead of me.

From one Great Breasted Amy to another, invest in great and sexy bras. They'll last forever if you treat them right and the girls will be up and facing forward.

Victoria's S is a great store for the Lesser Breasted variety of the human species. If you're verging more toward the Greater Breasted variety... um... well... good luck.
Is there a Nordstrom in the vicinity?

p.s. Re the pumpkin dessert voyage of discovery -- all great explorers went the same route. Once you succeed, people forget any not-quite-successful attempts. (Unless they're relatives, but who listens to relatives when they're being snarky?)

how pricey are you talkin?

I've paid anywhere from $50 - $65 and I thin it's a great investment!!

Just think of thousands you could be spending in 10+ years because of saggy boobs...

I've always found that VSC bras are too cheap for the price - I go to Kohl's, they always have a buy one get one half off and usually you can find a coupon online to take a percentage of that off too, even more if you have a store card.

The ones I saw on zappos were in the 70-80 dollar range. I am definitely interested in upward and forward breasts in the future and the shopping opportunities are thin on the ground around here which is why zappos is helpful. I"ll probably order some and see how it goes...Matt is all about bosom health!

Hey, I feel your pain. I'm of the 34GG variety. I buy my bras from figleaves.com They have a great variety, and they can be resonably priced. They even have bathing suits sized for the larger bust.

good luck!

Let me just say I boycotted VS a few years ago. I went in and found a bra that was the right cup size, but it didn't fit around, so the brilliant saleslady suggested that I go around the corner to "maternity world" for an extension.

I bought two spendy bras at Lane Bryant that same day, and have never been back to VS. LOL

I used to like the lane bryant bras but they stopped making the kind i liked...all the others seem ridiculously old lady or ridiculously neon lacy. but it has been awhile since i checked them out.

My sister swears by fig leaves too and I looked around but I wasn't in a great mood and they did seem a little bright white and granny styled. I'll have to look around their site a bit more.

You're hilarious. I am a not-skinny girl with A cups. The bra thing is a conspiracy. :) Thanks for the tart recipe.
