Has anyone ever experienced an exploding cantaloupe? It had a soft spot and I was sad and then when I pointed it out to Matt and touched it
ever so lightly it actually exploded. I kind of wish I had made him touch it because that's the second food explosion of this week (note to self, when carrying eggs in your pockets don't let the dogs jump on you) and it's starting to freak me out. If things come in threes what is next? My fridge is a ticking time bomb here folks.

I have not experienced that... but I'm not going to lie, I would love to see it :)
Oh, the eggs... haven't done that, but have tried to microwave an egg in its shell (don't do it, it results in more exploding food).
No exploding canteloupe, but I did have an imploding watermelon once. It was disgusting.
Watch out for that fridge!
put a grape or an egg in the microwave, it'll explode without being *too* messy. then your set of three will be over, and you can live happily.
I wonder if people do think they can cook an egg in the microwave...how weird.
I imagine the watermelon was a lot like my cantaloupe. It was the definition of unexpected.
