It looks like they took a snippet of your content in order to get a higher rank on Google. They aren't linked to your post, just using content.
Currently, their page doesn't have your content, but you can see what they did if you click on "Cached" in the Google search results. The Cache is what Google thinks the page looks like.

that is really odd. there is much about what people on the internet do to increase page rank that I truly do not understand.
